The owner of the company, Karen M. Zuckerman, is a licensed attorney and trained mediator who has practiced law since 1984. Ms. Zuckerman is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, and the Fifth Federal Circuit Court. Ms. Zuckerman serves as a member of the Houston Bar Association's Fee Dispute Committee and has had a distinguished legal career as a partner in a prominent Texas law firm and served as Vice President and General Counsel for a large energy corporation.

Ms. Zuckerman helped to create the Professional Fee Manager software system, a legal invoice analysis tool used by law firms, corporations, insurance companies, financial institutions and government entities.
